Consumer buyers: you may cancel and return an unopened, sealed item within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Business/research buyers: the same 14-day window applies as a goodwill policy, provided the item is unopened and in resaleable condition.

Vials must be returned sealed, with the tamper-evident flip-cap intact, in the original outer packaging, together with the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis. We cannot accept items where the seal has been broken, the label has been removed, or the cold-chain has been compromised.

Email info@ukpeptidelabs.com with your order number and a short reason for return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and the return address. Returns sent without an RMA cannot be processed.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility except where the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or shipped in error.

If your order arrives damaged, short, or with any COA discrepancy, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box, the vial(s), and the paperwork. We will arrange a free return and issue a replacement or a full refund including original delivery cost.

Issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Bacteriostatic water once the seal is broken; any item showing signs of use, contamination or temperature abuse; any item returned outside the 14-day window.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom.
