Every batch we synthesise is tested by RP-HPLC, confirmed by mass-spec, and screened for endotoxin. A random batch every month is independently re-tested by Eurofins UK. Below are our most recent quarterly batch metrics.

How we test.
Reverse-phase HPLC against a reference standard. Target ≥98%; most batches ship at ≥99%. Full chromatogram printed on every COA.
Electrospray-ionisation mass-spectrometry confirms that the synthesised peptide matches the expected molecular weight within ±0.5 Da.
Limulus Amebocyte Lysate gel-clot assay screens for bacterial endotoxin. Ceiling: 0.05 EU/mg. Most batches measure non-detectable.
Quantitative moisture analysis on the lyophilised cake. Target <2% to guarantee long-term stability of the dry powder.
Each month an independent random batch is shipped to Eurofins UK for an independent HPLC purity check. Results are published alongside the in-house COA.
Every single vial is visually inspected under a 10× loupe for crimp seal integrity, cake colour and absence of particulate matter before it leaves the building.
