1. Who we are

This website is owned and operated by Oxford Research Syndicate Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England & Wales. Company Reg. No. 17207898. Registered office: 131a Movers Lane, Barking, Essex, IG11 7UQ, United Kingdom. UK Peptide Labs is a trading brand of Oxford Research Syndicate Ltd.

2. Use of the site

By using this site and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you will use all products strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Our products are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, or diagnostic purposes.

3. Orders and pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices shown include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.

4. Shipping and delivery

Orders are dispatched from our UK registered office. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. Research peptides must be unopened and returned within the cooling-off period where applicable.

6. Liability

We supply products for research purposes only. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any use of our products outside their stated purpose. Our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
