How your batch travels.
Same-day dispatch
Working-day orders placed before 14:00 GMT leave the same afternoon. Orders after that go out the next working morning.
Tracked delivery
Royal Mail Tracked 24 across the UK mainland. DPD Next Day on standing orders. Tracking link by email at dispatch.
Cold chain
Heat-sensitive peptides ship in an insulated mailer with a frozen gel pack and a temperature-indicator strip. UK-only on cold-chain to keep transit short.
Plain packaging
Unbranded outer mailer. Return address shows our company name only. Vials shipped inside a protective foam insert.
Damaged on arrival? We re-ship.
Because every vial is sealed under vacuum, we don't accept returns of opened peptide product. But if a vial arrives damaged, with a broken seal, or with a cake that doesn't match the batch description, we re-ship on the next dispatch at no charge.
Email lab@ukpeptidelabs.com with your order number and a photo of the vial. We'll send a replacement and the updated COA the same working day.
