This site is owned and operated by Oxford Research Syndicate Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales. Company Reg. No. 17207898. Registered office: 131a Movers Lane, Barking, Essex, IG11 7UQ, United Kingdom. UK Peptide Labs is a trading brand of Oxford Research Syndicate Ltd.

2. Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from our UK registered office in Barking, Essex. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email once your order has left our facility.

3. Delivery options

We offer standard and expedited UK shipping, as well as international delivery to selected countries. Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Remote locations and customs processing may add additional time for international orders.

4. Packaging

Research peptides are shipped in temperature-stable packaging designed to protect product integrity during transit. All packages are plain, discreet, and labelled with the registered business address.

5. International orders

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. We cannot guarantee delivery to every territory and reserve the right to cancel orders where local regulations prohibit the import of research peptides.

6. Lost or damaged parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
