Returns & Refund Policy

1. Who we are

This site is owned and operated by Oxford Research Syndicate Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England & Wales. Company Reg. No. 17207898. Registered office: 131a Movers Lane, Barking, Essex, IG11 7UQ, United Kingdom. UK Peptide Labs is a trading brand of Oxford Research Syndicate Ltd.

2. Cooling-off and cancellations

Under UK consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods (“cooling-off period”). To exercise this right, contact us using the details below before the cooling-off period ends. You do not need to give a reason, but we may ask for the order number to process your request.

3. Conditions for returns

Because our products are temperature-sensitive research chemicals, returns are only accepted where:

• the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging;
• the return is initiated within 14 days of delivery;
• the product was damaged, defective, or not as described when it arrived.

We cannot accept returns of opened or used research peptides for safety and contamination reasons.

4. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Please do not dispose of the item until we confirm the next steps.

5. How to request a return or refund

Email us at info@ukpeptidelabs.com or call 07563 571985 (Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00 GMT). Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions within 2 business days.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item or, where no return is required, within 14 days of approving your refund request. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
